Complaint handling
Every complaint is reviewed carefully, with the aim of reaching a fair, timely and clearly explained outcome.
Matters covered by the complaints process
- Registration, account restriction, suspension or closure.
- Decisions about accepting, settling or voiding a wager.
- Deposits, withdrawal requests and other payment activity.
- Identity verification or KYC.
- Responsible gambling tools, such as limits, take-a-break or self-exclusion.
- Marketing communications.
- Privacy or data handling.
- General service issues.
Step 1 — Send the issue to support
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Complaint".
Please include:
- your full name;
- your account email;
- the relevant wager, transaction or reference number, when available;
- the date of the issue;
- a straightforward explanation of the event or problem;
- relevant screenshots or other supporting records.
Step 2 — Independent internal review
We will acknowledge your complaint, review the relevant records (such as account history, transactions and communications), and respond within a reasonable period. Where a complaint is more complex, we will keep you informed of progress. Most complaints are resolved within 28 days.
Step 3 — External escalation
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can escalate the matter to the relevant regulator. For wagering complaints, this is the Northern Territory Racing and Wagering Commission (nt.gov.au/industry/gambling). Privacy complaints may also be referred to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
